Very scruffy, grotty, old campsite opposite a river beach (for public swimming). The town is lovely with lots of restaurants, a couple of supermarkets and many other shops

NOTE: If you want to stay in Villeneuve-sur-Yonne but don’t fancy the grotty campsite, you can simply park in the car park on Avenue Roland Bonnion, overlooking The River Yonne in a very pretty spot.
